International Society for Bioregulatory medicine (ISBM) and its affiliates/licensors (National Societies Internationally) provides its content on bioregmed.com (the "Site") subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). We may periodically change the Terms, so please check back from time to time. These Terms were last updated on January 1, 2015. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms. 1. Copyrights
All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of ISBM or its licensors and is protected by U.K. and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The trademarks (RT), service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks (RT) of ISBM and its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the ISBM(RT) name(s), logo and other institutions associated with the registered trademarks and service marks e.g. International Society for Bioregulatory Medicine are trademarks of The Biomedic Foundation aka 'Foundation for Bioregulatory medicine'(RT) in the United Kingdom and other countries. You may not use our trademarks for any product or service, nor in any manner that is likely to cause confusion about whether we are the source, affiliated with, sponsor of or endorser of any product or service. In addition, you may not use our trademarks in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

3. Use of site content
ISBM hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the content and functionality displayed on the Site (the "Site Content") on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without ISBM prior written consent.

4. User postings
You acknowledge and agree that ISBM shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, survey responses, and otherwise, and you hereby waive any claims against ISBM for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with ISBM's use and publication of such submissions. The purpose of the education programs in Bioregulatory medicine:
The intent of the scientific information contained in the ISBM courses and seminars or conferences is not to “dispense recipes” but to provide practitioners with “practice information” for a better understanding of the possibilities and limits of bioregulatory (sometimes referred as complementary and integrative therapies). Contrary to conventional diagnosis and treatment, Bioregulatory medicine is based on a systems regulation (homeostasis or bioregulation), whose diagnosis is not reliant, nor it is based on conventional ICD classification of diseases, therefore it does not diagnose nor purport to treat such diseases, according to such classifications, but merely provide preconditions for physiological homeostasis to balance and self-regulate dysfunction of physiological systems at different progresison phases. It is the practitioner’s responsibility to use this information as applicable and in a manner that is permitted in his or her respective jurisdiction based on the applicable regulatory environment.
